Under the illuminating energy of the Full Moon, you’ll be guided through a nourishing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) practice, followed by an immersive sound bath featuring the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. This experience invites your nervous system to downshift, allowing tension to melt away while your body and mind return to balance.
Sound healing works through gentle vibration and resonance, supporting relaxation, emotional release, and inner clarity without effort or expectation. As the tones wash over you, you may notice a sense of spaciousness, grounding, and calm that lingers well beyond the session.
