Join us Saturday, September 12th from 2–3pm at The Fairy Garden Bookstore in Dana Point for our monthly New Moon Sound Bath Meditation.
As we enter the energy of Virgo, we're invited to return to clarity, mental peace, discernment, and deeper alignment with what truly matters. Guided by the vibration of Mercury, this is a beautiful time to quiet the mind, reconnect with the heart, and create space for what we're ready to manifest.
We'll begin by grounding into the body with sacred plant medicine and empowering pranayama, preparing ourselves to receive the healing vibrations of sound.
Then, surrender into a deeply restorative sound journey surrounded by the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, didgeridoos, gongs, Native flutes and drums, rattles, rain sticks, wind gong, rain drum, chimes, and more.
We'll close our experience with a collective healing chant and meditation, allowing the vibrations to settle deeply within.
