A L I V Ξ is an intimate embodied experience for women — an invitation to step out of the thinking mind and into direct experience through music, movement, stillness, emotion, and connection.

We’ll begin together in a circle, arriving into the space, meeting one another, and setting an intention for the journey.

From there, Elena will guide the experience through a live DJ set, allowing the music to become a landscape for exploration.

There is no choreography and nothing to perform.

You may dance wildly. Move slowly. Shake. Stretch. Laugh. Cry. Sit with your eyes closed. Lie on the floor and simply listen. Your body gets to decide.

The experience will close with time to land, integrate, and gather again in circle, with an invitation to share what arose.

A L I V Ξ is created as a warm, supportive space for women to explore their inner experience without needing to explain it, perfect it, or turn it into anything.

What to bring:
Please bring plenty of water and comfortable clothing you can freely move in. Yoga mats will be available, and you are welcome to bring your own. A blanket is highly recommended for moments of stillness, rest, or integration.

Light snacks will be provided.

No dance or movement experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
