Collage Art Workshop

Saturday, October 3rd, 11am-3pm, $45

This soul led journey is based on texture, shapes, colors and trust.  This is a rip and tape collage experience inviting your soul and your subconscious to do the heavy lifting while you enjoy a meditative and creative experience with no expectations or attachment to outcome.  In essence, it is a working meditation which yields a treasure you can keep forever which reminds you of the joys of creation, detachment and soul centered living. 

No art experience necessary.

All supplies will be provided and a vegan lunch will be served.

Space is limited to 10 participants; pre-registration is required.

Joan Evans-Fay is a fine art major graduate from Cal State Long Beach.  Art is a passion woven throughout all her days using intuition and faith as the guiding light on an empty canvas. The first step is always a bit tentative and scary and then the gateway to the sublime rushes in as personal healing and self discovery is unveiled. "Everytime I paint it’s like the very first time after 50 years of painting it’s still fresh and surprising.  I think I know where I’m going but I always end somewhere else better than I imagined."  As a teacher of art, she holds this faith for every student taking their first step, guaranteeing that the end results will be sublime.
