Together, we will set our intentions for the season ahead and anoint ourselves with carefully selected plant essences to ground, elevate, and soothe the senses. We will then activate the Light Body through a powerful pranayama practice, preparing the body, mind, and spirit to receive an immersive hour of sacred sound and vibrational healing.
Following the sound bath, we will rise into meditation through chanting practices that support healing, protection, and the manifestation of abundance and prosperity.
This 90-minute ceremony is designed to open our energetic channels to the infinite blessings available to us during this auspicious turning of the seasons.
The Fall Equinox is one of four sacred seasonal turning points in the Gregorian calendar, marking a moment of balance between light and darkness. It invites us into harmony, reflection, forgiveness, the shedding of what no longer serves us, and the transformative power of change.
